People are drawn to practising mindfulness and meditation for many reasons, some find it helps with feelings of anxiety and low mood, others find they get to sleep more easily at the end of the day. 

Some enjoy it for the inner stillness they find it brings and others appreciate how it helps them turn down the volume on their mental chatter.

Mindfulness helps us learn to live in the present moment more, so less of our lives pass by on autopilot and ordinary experiences can feel more vibrant; sunsets are brighter and the cake tastes sweeter.
