We have two Apparatus studios in the Blackdown Hills where you can get to grips with the springs and learn the solid foundations of the whole method.

Our Mat Practices are scheduled across Mid and East Devon giving you plenty of choice, wherever you are.

Zoom workouts are here to stay, both for Mat Practices and Private bookings, so your unpredictable schedule is no barrier to your goals.
