What Nicki might not tell you herself is that she trained as a teacher with Romana Krysanowska, who in turn trained with Joseph Pilates, so you’re getting a pretty direct connection to the man himself. She might have a gentle demeanour, but don’t be fooled… behind that understated facade, she’s got a whole lot of tricks and knowledge up her sleeve from more than 20 years of teaching experience in New York, Vienna, Brisbane, London… the list goes on.
Once a dancer, forever a dancer, Nicki performed with the Vienna State Opera for many years. Nowadays you’re more likely to catch her grooving in the living room, embracing her more recent love of hip hop, than donning a tutu. But her passion for movement endures.
Nicki will train you with all the rigour and detail of a dancer, whatever your performance-related pursuit, building strength along with posture and grace.
